I want to refine the list of Matched Candidates. Can I edit the keyword search to do this?

Answer

Yes, you can edit the keyword search. To do so:

1. Go to My Positions.
2. Select the Job Posting for which you wish to view Matched Candidates.
3. Click on Matched Candidates.
4. Click on Edit/Remove Keyword Search.
5. Edit the Keyword Search
6. Click on Search to show matched candidates; click on Show All to view all search results.
