Candidates are listed by the level at which they matched your requirements; the most qualified candidates appear first. There is a Match Analysis for each Matched Candidate. To view it:

1. Go to My Positions.
2. Select the Job Posting for which you wish to view Matched Candidates.
3. Click on Matched Candidates.
4. Select the Matched Candidate whose Match Analysis you wish to view.
5. Click on Candidate File.
6. Click on Main Information.
7. Click on Match Analysis.
