Matched Candidates are registered seekers whose profiles match the requirements and/or keywords entered in the Job Posting.

A match of 100% consists of:

1. 50% match, excluding mandatory fields
2. 50% match, excluding and grading all filled fields

Note that if the first 50% (point 1), that is, the mandatory fields do not match, the candidate will no longer be considered a match by the system.
