When viewing a Matched Candidate’s File, note the following:

• Registered seekers can select which information (other than compulsory fields) to enter into their profile
• Registered seekers can select the level of visibility for their profiles; the Candidate may not wish to have their details visible until they have expressed an interest in the Job Posting or applied for the job
• If the Job Posting has not been posted (i.e. it is a draft) you can only see a preview of the Matched Candidate’s File and not the whole file

Note that you can communicate with Matched Candidates even you cannot view all of their profiles.
