What are the differences between Matched Candidate File and View Candidate Details?

A Matched Candidate File contains all the information for a Candidate. To learn more, refer to What are the content of a Matched Candidate File?

 

View Candidate Details presents a more brief overview of the Candidate, including:

 

  • Profile including Status & Preferences, Professional history, Education, Skills, Languages
  • Match Analysis
  • Resume
  • References
  • Photo

 

The References section allows you to enter information which can be viewed in the Candidate File under the Assessments tab.
