If the skill you require is not indicated in the list, try the Search option located in the same field. Be sure to enter as much information as you can.

If a skill matching your search cannot be located, a message reading “Cant’ find the Skill? Enter as a Custom Skill...” will appear at the end of the list of search results. Click on this and a new window will open in which you can enter the Custom Skill.  Click on Add as OR, or Add as AND depending on your requirements.

Note that a Custom Skill cannot be searched for in the Matched Candidates function.
