Match Jobs is a function provided to registered seekers whereby the seeker’s profile is matched to Job Postings; suitable positions are presented on the seeker’s profile page.

Matched Candidates are registered seekers whose profiles are matched to a recruiter’s Job Posting; Matched Candidates are presented on the recruiters’ account, under the My Position tab.
