
The University of Hong Kong's (HKU) faculty of law has invited Professor Adrian Sawyer of the University of Canterbury (below) to speak at the "Hong Kong's Developing Double Tax Agreement (DTA) Regime: A case study of the HKSAR-New Zealand DTA" seminar. A DTA was mapped out between Hong Kong and New Zealand at the end of 2010 and Sawyer will review this agreement and advise on negotiating DTAs in both jurisdictions. September 1, 1-2pm.
