Master of Law in International and Corporate Financial Law
Hong Kong's School of Continuing and Professional Education (SCOPE) and Britain's University of Wolverhampton are offering the master's of law in international and corporate financial law, focusing on regulatory changes.
"This is a postgraduate law programme for people with little or no legal background, as well as those currently in legal practice," says course leader Loraine Houlton.
"Case studies of real events are used to give a practical view on finance-related legal issues. Dispute resolution, drafting and negotiation are also taught," she adds.
Students will be able to enjoy an interactive learning experience. "There is a strong network approach allowing students to share their experiences and learn - not only from the tutors, but also from fellow students," says Houlton. &quo
