I want to add a candidate’s information to a new folder to be reviewed later. Can I do this without having to navigate away from the search results?

Answer

To add a candidate’s information to a new folder:

 

1. From your search results, select the candidate(s) that you want to add to the folder.
2. Click on Copy To Folder.
3. From the dropdown list in the Folder Name field, select the folder to which you want to add the candidate(s) OR click on Create New Folder

 

 

Select Folder / Create Folder

 

4. Add a description if you want to and click on Save.

 

Note that you can only add candidates to a folder directly from your search results.
