From call centre to IT industry

I'm currently in the transition period following my resignation from a business processing outsourcing company (call centre).

I've worked as a customer service rep. for 11 months, provided support function as a product specialist), and finally was promoted to
a quality analyst position for my good communication skills. In all, I spent 1.5 years at the company.

I'm not happy with the work environment, the salary, and it looks to be a dead-end job, to say the least.

I'm returning to HK to restart a career in the IT industry, but I don't feel confident about my degree in BS computer engineering. I'd love to go back to school and get some solid qualifications.

My question is: I'm an F.5 graduate and finished my college degree outside of HK. I'm not quite sure where or how I'll get into a good IT school so I can get into programming/networking as an entry level job.

Although I have experience in the call centering business, I'd like to earn more and work within my field. I'd appreciate very much your guidance.
