What should be the direction of my job change?

Dear Career Doctor

I joined one of the big-4 CPA firm as an auditor right after my graduation in university.  After acquiring the professional qualification I step out to the commercial field and got the opportunity to manage a small and medium sized manufacturing company as chief executive eventually after I joined for 5 years.

During the past 5 years, I mainly engaged in operational and personnel management jobs of the PRC factory, while I could hardly keep updated with the accounting technical development, even though I updated my HKICPA membership every year.

Recently due to the relocation of my company to remote areas, I can no longer balance my business and family, so it is the time for me to consider to change my job.

Of course merely the relocation cannot be the explanation to my future employer to leave my current company so I will spend some time to cope with that.

What job should I change?  Any orientation tools to help me to identify? I would be grateful to get your advice.  Thanks a lot!
