He adds that a considerable number of fresh graduates are hired every year through the firm’s suite of graduate programmes.

These provide fast-track opportunities for ambitious young talent who are geared up for challenges and assignments.

“Our selection process is carefully designed to identify abilities, and ensure that the best people are chosen for the available
roles,” says Hayes.

He adds that newly recruited graduates are given real responsibilities, and held accountable early in their careers.

“We support them via induction activities, team projects, job rotations, and mentoring,” says Hayes.
