Cyber-bullying lessons for government-funded schools

American schools receiving government subsidies for internet services will have to teach students about cyber-bullying and the responsible use of social networking sites, the US telecommunications regulator says.

Stuffed inboxes stress out workers

Heaps of e-mails arriving at work stations are putting immense pressure on Australian employees, a recent survey by IBM says.

The survey of 629 managers found 45 per cent agreed that having too many irrelevant e-mails created stress. The stress of constantly responding to e-mails affected 48 per cent of workers. Xinhua
