Yang will question whether the changes in post-handover Hong Kong are still consistent with the "one country, two systems" principle's 50-year clause. The talk, in Putonghua, is set for February 22 from 6.20pm to 8.30pm, main library. Visit www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=145276205532956&notif_t=event_invite for more information.
