The government-owned Hong Kong Education City is staging the "Learning and Teaching Expo", an annual professional development event for the teaching community. Some 10,000 local and overseas visitors are expected. Teachers who attend the expo can apply for at most 20 continuing professional development (CPD) hours from the Education Bureau. The event will feature about 60 keynote and seminar sessions, with participants from Hong Kong, Australia, China, Poland, Singapore and the United Kingdom. June 28-29.
