If Hong Kong's vicious talent war is leaving you feeling like a loser, here's a chance to secure a victory.

Google offers 10-week fellowships

 

Offered for the first time in the Asia-Pacific region, the Google Policy Fellowship will give successful applicants the chance to research and debate freedom of expression issues for 10 weeks from June to August. Applicants will be selected in Australia, India and Hong Kong.

Online experts speak at conference

 

 

The Online Information Conference will feature industry experts at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from March 23-24.

Speakers will include Professor Eric Tsui of Polytechnic University and Waltraut Ritter, director for research and innovation at the Asia-Pacific Intellectual Capital Centre in Hong Kong.
