Tai Kok Tsui's first boutique hotel reflects the changing landscape of this former industrial area which is gradually moving upmarket.
Within walking distance of the Mong Kok and Olympic MTR stations, the hotel is conveniently located for those with meetings in Kowloon, and it is only 20 minutes from Central and Wan Chai. A free downtown shuttle bus service is also available.
With interiors designed by Barrie Ho Architecture Interiors, the hotel has 285 rooms, including 20 suites. All rooms have high-speed internet access, LCD TVs with satellite and cable channels, safes, and mosaic bathrooms with rain showers. Cosmo suites can accommodate up to three people, and include a queen-sized bed and a sofa bed.
Other facilities include an executive lounge serving breakfast, light snacks and drinks throughout the day. Meeting rooms with audio-visual facilities and a fitness studio are also available. The hotel has an Italian restaurant, Cellini, on its second floor, which offers a daily set lunch and dinner menus, and à la carte dining. Rates until September 30 are HK$688 for a superior room and HK$788 for a deluxe, including free local calls and internet access. The rates are discounted from HK$1,600 and HK$1,800 respectively.
