With plans to open four treatment centres in the middle of next year, Neo Derm is looking to boost manpower and fortify its position in Hong Kong and on the mainland.
"We will have more than 150 openings next year, including for frontline, customer services, marketing and back-office support staff," says Shirley Chu, the group's senior manager for talent management. "We believe the market will continue to boom and competition is getting more intense. That's why companies in the sector must be able to differentiate themselves by developing unique, high-quality services and products."
For marketing recruits, the main mission will be brand building. They will also need to drive high rates of growth through strategic planning and clear alignment of the corporate vision, values and goals.
Those joining will take a 30-day training programme, covering technical and customer service skills.
The "Neo Derm University" offers a range of specialised courses to instruct high-potential staff and groom future leaders. These programmes deal with everything from communication and influencing skills to engagement, consultative selling, marketing management and Putonghua.
"We are looking for people who love challenges and have clear personal goals," Chu says. "They must be energetic and fit in with our corporate values. As a dynamic, fast-growing company, we will provide plenty of opportunities for candidates who are customer-centric, have a strong service mindset and are eager to achieve excellence."
