Blue Cross (Asia-Pacific) Insurance is looking to recruit in the areas of business development and customer service.
A new senior manager is needed for the role of driving growth and developing leads for the company's general insurance business. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new distribution channels, and planning and implementing marketing strategies.
Candidates should have a solid background in business development, and extensive knowledge of the insurance market, its main products and distribution channels. Less experienced candidates will be considered for manager or senior officer positions.
In customer service, applicants should be proactive and be able to build strong relationships with customers. The company needs effective communicators, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.

Blue Cross provides training and development programmes. Courses teach skills in leadership, management, supervisory communication and consultative selling.
