I got the final interview in one MNC before Chinese Holiday, however I couldn't get any reply from them after 3 weeks, at the same time i quit my job already, I have sent the email to the HR, informed them about my availability and would like to see if there is any update so far =However, the HR replied me that my application still in the process and will revert me soon. After 2 weeks again, I couldn't get any reply, but I just got the contact of the HR, should I ask them again or suppose they turn me down already.

Why quit in the first place? It's always easier to find a job when you're still "in" the market than when you're "out", and you've got only this interview so far?
That HR's reply was simply "standard", didn't indicate they have an interest in hiring you, right?
With my experience as a headhunter, the outcome doesn't look positive. Since it's been another two weeks you may try calling HR up to follow up on the case. Be polite and whatever the outcome, thank them for giving you a chance, and be sure to leave a good impression.
