I don't quite understand what you meant "I still get lost in my profession over 1 year". How long have you been working in this profession? Mind telling what profession is it? Do you mean you've started something new last year?

It's not about how many degrees you have, no degree can do magic, it can't and never will. If simply by taking another course or further studying a degree one can be eligible to the dream job they want, who would have the interest to waste time posting questions here seeking for advices?

I am not exactly sure what you meant. But according to experiences of many people, MBA will not get you a job. It may get you better promotion prospect. However, if you are unemployed, studying a MBA does not guarantee you a job.
The job market is still tough and it may be quite a while before you can get a job. In the meantime, ask yourself, what is your competitive advantage? What makes you stand out from the crowd?
