HKU Psychology Society seeks mentors
The University of Hong Kong's (HKU) Psychology Society is hosting an event on May 25 to recruit student mentors for its O-Series campaign. The mentors will introduce freshman students from social science disciplines to the various psychology courses on offer. House V Society hosts farewell dinner
All HKU House V Society members are invited to attend a farewell dinner on May 5 at 6:30pm to 9pm to mark the start of the summer break. The evening will include games and a brief graduation ceremony for those completing their studies this semester. Attendees will each receive a special gift, with extra giveaways for those who are leaving. The event will be held at the UC Bistro. The future of filmmaking at CityU
Film society members - as well as cineaste alumni - should take note of the upcoming President's Lecture Series at the City University (CityU). The seminar, set for May 6 at 12-2pm, will be hosted by the school's chair of media art, Professor Jeffrey Shaw. He will cover the latest cinematic techniques and their impact on filmmaking.
