Talk on leadership programmes
The American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong is presenting a talk on leadership programmes by R.J. Heckman, CEO and president of PDI Ninth House.
He will focus on how to engage high-potential talent who can drive productivity, market performance and shareholder value. Heckman is a popular guest lecturer at academic and professional venues such as Harvard Business School and INSEAD.

Seminar looks into promise of Islamic finance in Hong Kong
Here's a chance for those interested in Islamic finance to explore its potential in Hong Kong. G.S. Khoo, head of the Singapore Stock Exchange's innovative unit, will lead a seminar on "Islamic Finance: Opportunities and Risks" in co-operation with Classified Post and Kornerstone.
The English-language talk - with 3CPD/CPT/PDU units eligible - will introduce the principles and features of Islamic finance, how Hong Kong can leverage opportunities, case studies of product types, investment structures, and Sharia compliance and analysis of future demand.
