Intended to offer visitors to Hong Kong on extended stays a homely atmosphere in a central location, Yi is a cross between a serviced-apartment block and a boutique hotel.
Amenities include a 24-hour concierge and security services, business centre services and a gymnasium. Multilingual guest-relations staff are always at hand to help make the stay in the heart of the city as pleasant and productive as possible. A limousine service is offered for transport around town and airport transfers.
The apartments are fitted out for self-sufficiency, with fully equipped kitchens. For comfort there are Simmons mattresses and stylish modern furniture. For work and entertainment there is a full range of connectivity options.
In-room electronics include flat-screen televisions with international channels, high quality audio systems, Wi-fi broadband internet access, and iPod docking stations, all intended to make the guest feel instantly connected and at home. Every apartment is provided with an electronic safe to secure valuables. Optional extras, such as baby cribs and air purifiers, are available on request.
The units have in common an airy, open-plan design style, but are available in different sizes to suit families, individual travellers or couples. Units of 755 sqft are available for HK$28,000 per month, 688 sqft for HK$22,800 per month or 368 sqft for HK$12,800 per month. Charges include internet and television use, and towel and linen changes, but exclude IDD phone charges.
