Domus International Management is a relatively young company, established in 2007, which manages serviced apartments geared for comfort, spatial efficiency and environmental friendliness.

Its latest venture is in increasingly trendy Sheung Wan, positioning its apartments within easy walking distance of an extensive range of restaurants and shops, no more than a stone's throw from Central. Lan Kwai Fong is about an eight-minute walk away, while the art galleries and antique shops of Queen's Road West are on the doorstep, as is Sheung Wan MTR station.

Comprising 44 luxury apartments, spread over 23 floors, Domus Queen's offers studio and two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 615 sqft for HK$23,000 per month up to 1,200 sqft for the executive suite for HK$54,000 per month.

Common to all apartments are 42-inch Panasonic wide-screen TVs - 50-inch TVs in the executive suite - complimentary 100-megabyte Wi-fi, complimentary Now TV channels and fully equipped kitchenettes. All beds have Sinomax pressure-relieving pillows.

Internet radio, iPod docks and Nespresso coffee machines, with capsules supplied, are all available on request, while some apartments also have private terraces and jacuzzis.

Shared amenities include round-the-clock security and concierge service, a fitness centre open 24 hours a day and a business centre. Maid service twice a week and linen service once a week are standard. In common with the other Domus facilities in Pok Fu Lam and Causeway Bay, apartment services are engineered to limit power consumption and carbon footprint.
