Jumpstart Business Centre has expanded beyond the 29th floor at Shell Tower, Times Square in Causeway Bay, by adding an additional 11,000 sqft on the 22nd floor of the building.

Located above the Causeway Bay MTR station, the centre provides more than 30 standard serviced-office units, with eight newly furnished neo suites, some of which overlook Victoria Harbour and the Happy Valley racecourse.

The neo suites offer a separate manager's room or a meeting room with Herman Miller Aeron chairs, in-room amenities, such as a business-grade printer-copier, fax, scanner, and a general telephone line and a minifridge with free beverages and snacks.

Both standard offices and neo suites offer Cisco networks, Wi-fi roaming, Mitel VoIP phones, Polycom video conferencing, round-the-clock access with fingerprint, 24-hour air-conditioned server room, and CCTV monitoring. They also include secretarial services, storage cabinets, a lounge, and a pantry. Regular operating hours are from 9am to 6pm.

Standard offices measure 100 sqft to 300 sqft while neo suites are 240 sqft to 390 sqft. Prices start from HK$5,000 a month per head for the standard office and HK$6,000 for the neo suite. This includes management fees, telephone and internet services, pantry supplies and stationeries. The company is offering a grand opening special until the end of this month.

Jumpstart also provides business registration services, company secretarial packages and trademark applications.
