You can decide whether to make your profile Public or Private.

A Public profile is visible to all recruiters. A Private profile will show only your basic information to recruiters. If you express an interest in a Job Posting via the site, all of your information will later become visible to that recruiter.

To make your profile Public or Private:

1. Go to myaccount.
2. Click on Edit your profile.
3. Under the General Info tab, locate the Account Details pane. In the Profile Visibility Status field, select Public or Private.

4. Click on Save.
