While your smartphone might not enjoy the prowess of the Watson platform, its ability to scour the Web for information is an incredibly handy tool.
Its only drawback - at least for those of us with Apple devices - is its inability to search through pages for specific words or phrases.
Find In Page remedies that oversight by helping you create a bookmarklet - a piece of Java script that runs on top of your existing browser - to compensate.
While not technically an application per se, Find In Page is a great way for the less technically inclined to integrate the function - a process that requires a few additional, fiddly steps.
Once installed, however, you'll be surprised you ever lived without the feature, which, when prompted, reveals a handy search bar to enter the desired information. Results are highlighted on the page itself and can be toggled through with a built-in navigation bar.
