Capturing your daily musings is a joy when you've got a neatly organised and aesthetically pleasing journal on hand. Momento is the digital variant of that journal.

But not only does the app allow you to record your various life-experiences, it also offers the ability to integrate images, location data, and even your social media statuses.

It is precisely this ability to place all of your thoughts in a single and easily-viewable stream that makes the app a notable contender in the digital journal segment. To create an entry, simply tap on the "new moment" tab at the top of the home-screen. Doing so produces a horizontal panel featuring symbols for each of the various message-related options.

From here you will be able to do everything - input text, tag your friends, tag calendar events and input images, be it directly from your device's camera or one of its on-board image libraries. All of these options are handy when it comes to searching for entries from the main home screen, with filtering options including all of the above message characteristics.

The home screen also offers a calendar view that allows you to browse entries by date, and also features a link for setting up the lauded social-feed integration. Supported platforms include Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, Instagram, Foursquare, Vimeo and several more.
